Booking Modifications

  1. Changes to Reservations:

    • You can modify your booking details (date, time, vehicle type) up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Please contact our customer service team to make these changes.
  2. Last-Minute Changes:

    • Changes made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to additional fees or availability constraints.

Cancellations

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • If you cancel your order more than 24 hours before pickup, you’ll receive a complete refund.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare.
  2. No-Show Policy:

    • In the event of a no-show (failure to be present at the designated pickup location), the full fare will be charged.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests can be made through our customer service email or phone number. Please provide your booking reference number and the reason for the cancellation.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of approval.
